Privacy Policy
Scope and collection boundary
This notice describes the current static Thereflectionroomsalon website. It publishes educational content and does not provide financial-account features.
Information the site does not request
The site does not ask visitors to submit bank credentials, account or routing numbers, card details, balances, income, debts, transaction histories, financial goals, subscription credentials, or product passwords. It does not connect to financial institutions or budgeting accounts.
Cookies, analytics, and browser storage
The current release does not set site cookies, load analytics or advertising pixels, or use browser storage to retain form entries or checklist marks. Checklist selections exist only in current page state and disappear when the page is reset or closed.
If these practices change, this policy should be updated before the change is enabled.
Ordinary technical records
The hosting provider may process an IP address, requested URL, request time, browser details, referral information, and error status for delivery, reliability, abuse prevention, and security. The site’s own code does not build visitor profiles from those records.
Third-party destinations
Public source links lead to websites with their own data practices. Following a link does not give Thereflectionroomsalon access to an account at that destination.
Email drafts remain under visitor control
The editorial form operates locally and prepares an email draft. The website does not automatically transmit entered fields and does not retain a copy.
If the visitor sends the draft, the sending and receiving email providers process it under their own terms. Correspondence may be retained while an editorial request is evaluated and for reasonable recordkeeping. No fixed automatic deletion period is promised.
Sensitive information
Do not send passwords, account details, payment information, financial records, account screenshots, identity documents, or access-recovery information.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of editorial correspondence, email [email protected] from the address used to send it and identify the message by date and subject. Legal, security, provider, and backup limitations may apply.
Policy updates
This notice should be revised whenever implemented data practices change. Material changes should not be backdated.
